All have sinned. I have sinned,
you have sinned, and so has every man, woman and child. There is no way for one to
get away from the fact that everybody sins.
There is only one who never sinned,
and his name is Jesus.
Romans 5:12
"Wherefore as by one man sin entered into the world,
and death by sin: and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:"
Allright, so now that we all know that we have all sinned, so how might one
fix this problem?
Can we fix this on our own? Can we work this out ourselves?
Can we do anything?
The Bible says in Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
So, it is a gift, a gift is always something that is given freely. If it was
not free then it could not be a gift.
So, how do we come to accept this free gift
from God?
The Bible says in Romans 10:9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy
mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from
the dead, thou shalt be saved."
And in Romans 10:13 "For Whosoever
shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
There is only one way to get to Heaven and that is through Jesus.
If you
have made your desicion to accept this free gift,
then lets pray and ask Jesus
for your freedom!!!
Dear Lord Jesus,
I know that I am a sinner and am in need of your forgiveness. I believe that you died for my sins. I want to turn from my sins and I renounce the works of satan and ask you to come into my heart and be my Savior. I want to trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior.
In Jesus name Amen.
